2. Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns under the following conditions:

  • Request is made within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • A restocking fee may apply


3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

You may be entitled to:

  • A replacement,

  • A repair, or

  • A full refund

in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

We may request photos or further information to assess the issue.


4. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the ACL.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund if:

  • The product has a major fault

  • The item is not as described

  • The product is unsafe or unfit for purpose

For minor issues, we may offer a repair or replacement within a reasonable timeframe.


5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or opened products (unless faulty)

  • Chemicals or liquids that have been opened

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items damaged due to misuse


6. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Provide details and photos (if applicable)

  3. Wait for return approval and instructions

  4. Send the item back as directed

Items returned without approval may not be accepted.


7. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5 business days for processing after approval

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law


8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

All equipment and machines sold by Cleaning Supply and Co are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise stated.

Warranty periods may vary by product but typically include:

  • Machines & Equipment: 12 months (parts and/or labour)

  • Accessories & Parts: 3–6 months

Please refer to individual product listings for specific warranty terms.


2. What the Warranty Covers

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Faulty materials or workmanship

  • Mechanical or electrical failures under normal use


3. What is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Misuse, abuse, or improper operation

  • Lack of maintenance or incorrect cleaning chemicals

  • Damage caused by transport, accidents, or modifications

  • Consumable parts (hoses, seals, filters, belts, etc.) unless faulty


4. Warranty Claims Process

To make a warranty claim:

    • Order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Photos/videos of the fault

  2. Our team will assess and respond with next steps

  3. You may be required to return the item or send parts for inspection


5. Repairs, Replacements & Costs

  • If covered under warranty, we will repair, replace, or refund the item

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping, unless required under Australian Consumer Law

  • If the issue is not covered, we can provide a paid repair quote


6. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.

You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure

  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
