SHIPPING POLICY

At Cleaning Supply and Co, we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible across Australia.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

  • During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

If there is any delay with your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship Australia-wide.

For large commercial orders or remote locations, shipping rates and delivery timeframes may vary.

If you require international shipping, please contact us before placing your order.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Order weight and dimensions

  • Carrier rates

Any applicable freight charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

For bulky equipment, machinery, or palletised freight, additional charges may apply. We will contact you if a freight adjustment is required.


Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Metro Areas: 2–5 business days

  • Regional Areas: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10+ business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.

We are not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed to the shipping provider.


Authority to Leave

Unless otherwise requested, orders may be left at the delivery address if it is deemed safe to do so by the courier.

If no one is available and the courier cannot safely leave the parcel, a card may be left with instructions for collection or re-delivery.

Cleaning Supply and Co is not responsible for parcels once marked as delivered by the carrier.


Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and damaged items.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. Email details to:

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect details or failure to collect, re-shipping fees may apply.


Large & Commercial Equipment

Some heavy equipment, machinery, or bulk chemical orders may:

  • Require pallet freight

  • Require forklift access at delivery

  • Incur additional freight charges

If special delivery arrangements are required, we will contact you prior to dispatch.


Click & Collect (If Applicable)

If local pickup is available:

  • You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.

  • Orders must be collected during business hours.

  • Photo ID may be required.
